It’s pretty simple. Brian is a person who cares about his clients, LISTEN’S to their needs and achieves their goal. It’s not a primal instinct that makes him good, it’s 15 years of sales experience, an un-teachable ability to think creatively, and a willingness to do the things others in his industry won’t to be successful.
Brian is a graduate of Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Sociology. The experience of college more than the education was a catalyst to him understanding the risk/reward that led him to Real Estate in 2004. With the help of an amazing group of colleagues Brian was instrumental in the creation of two successful residential real estate investment companies, as well as the brokerage that now employs him (Green Street Realty, LLC). The group has recently achieved their 1,000th short sale closing since their first in 2006.There is no situation in residential real estate that Brian has not encountered. Whether negotiating on behalf of a buyer, a seller, with a lender (short sale), or 3rd party lien holder, you will undoubtedly stand the best chance of getting what you want if working with Brian.
